Drink Menu

Pilz

This is our lightest beer and most subtly flavored beer. After nearly two decades educating pallets, we realize that for many, learning to love a variety of types of beer is a process. We’ve developed The Pilz to give those poor unfortunate souls a gentle introduction to great beer brewed with gourmet ingredients. The Pilz is a complex beer that delivers a simple taste, perfect for easing your passage to the beautiful world of great, Real Beer.

Wheat

This light beer is fashioned after German, summer wheats. Summer wheat gives this beer its crisp, refreshing character. We serve it with a slice of lemon.

Amber Ale

TA malty and full-bodied European style amber, the Amber’s rich color is derived from European Munich and Crystal malts. The malts are carefully balanced with German Hallertauer and Tettnanger hops.

IPA

This is our flagship beer and the one we are most proud of. But a warning to you. This is a beer drinker’s beer. True to the IPA style, it has a dormant, almost overpowering hop bitterness. A three week dry hopping process ensures that the beer is preserved, as was done
centuries ago.

Brown Ale

This beer is a delightful representation of an English Brown Ale. Crystal malt provides the sweetness, while Victory malt and special roasted malts counter with a warm, toasted finish. It’s impossible not to feel transported to the north of England when sipping this fireside favorite.

Irish

This beer was once a seasonal feature that just got to be too popular to take out of the rotation. In the traditional Irish Ale style, we brew this rich, amber beer with East Kent Goldings Hops and give it a medium body to complement its fantastic flavor.

Stout

Generous amounts of roasted and black barleys give this Irish ale its coffee-like flavor and deep, roasted finish. It takes 7 different grains to achieve this flavor profile and the brewing of this fella is something akin to rocket science!
